Alright, so here it goes.
Usually I do not like arguing about it; I don't completely understand as to why men like men or women like women.
I think I used to convince myself I liked girls, but it didn't work out for me, generally I think Bi-ness is a load of crud, I think it's just curiosity of both sexes.
I cannot understand why the government is so afraid of allowing gay marriage. It is so bad for two people to love each another and not be able to reproduce? Are we worried about the population over in the United States? I'm sure other countries would welcome it *under cetrain circumstances*.
It's like on my myspace: I'm straight but I support gay marriage, because marriage is about love, GOT IT?
I especially became more pro-gay, if you want to call it that, when I found out one of my best friends was. It hurt me to think, because he claims to have used to like me... but I was alright with it, it meant we could shoe shop together *I'm not using a stereo type, we do actually shop together, ohmigosh.*
But, share your opinions with me... let's argue.

Yes, I agree with you. I'm straight and I support gay/lesbian marriage. The government is just a homophobic group of people. If you love someone then go for it. Marriage should only be about love, if you don't love them then no that's not right to get married but if you do, then yes you should. _________________ Blah

People can't choose who they fall in love with and love is the same whether it be two boys or a boy and a girl. _________________ Love is but a lie to tame the heart,
To trap and chain; ensnare the soul.
Love heralds the end and not the start
Of life. In truth, love has no role.

I agree, you cant chose who your attracted to and fall in love with. It's not a case of supporting gay/lesbian marriage, but a case of treating everyone with respect in what they chose to do. My thoughts

Nope, nothing wrong with it at all. Since when did anyone have the right to punish people for something they couldn't control. It was (and still is, to some extent) the same with black people. We should all (unless we're a mass-murderer, rapist, etc.) have exactly the same rights - we're all still people.
I tend to think that it's the people who are most insecure with their own sexuality that are the most prejudiced against homosexuals. Also, I do tend to follow the train of thought that everyone has a little bit of bi in them. You may not even know it, you could be very opposed to the idea (it's usually boys, I've noticed, who will refuse to consider this even a possibility), and it may just show itself in the form of 'experimentation' but, according to a lot of studies and research, it's true.
So, yeah. What business is it of anyone's to interfere in someone else's life, when said someone is causing no harm whatsoever to anyone else?

If you're in love, with the other person, then it doesn't matter what sexual prefrence you are. _________________ Blah

Exactly! They just released a new study showing that homosexuals can't even help it, like so many idiots believe: They're sexually aroused by the exact same hormones as straight opposite sex.
It doesn't seem to be very controversial on here... is there anyone who disagrees with us? *looks around*

Something that came to a realization was from my ultra-Christian stupid foster mom...
You're NOT SUPPOSED TO TIE RELIGION AND GOVERNMENT TOGETHER! BEcause then you have 1 religion dictating what the government says, and to have Christian Rule over Jewish people or Muslim people is as bad as what Nero in Rome did.
I learned that "It's a sin against GOD to not reproduce." But what the ****!)@(*!)@(*???
The Sterile People? Those who don't want to have children?
They should be treated equal to the gays then, it seems to me. From the way everything is happening. I think the Gov't is full of crap and shouldnt' let their God get in the way of people they're supposed to be ruling. This isn't a religiously based country (America isn't anyway) but... yeah...
Damn the Conservative Republicans.
